(DF, GF)

You will need a glass jar with a lid.  I have used a mason jar (it used to have jam in it!) as this is the perfect size for me.  You might like to try a larger one and then serve up multiple portions into small bowls. 


  • 3 x tablespoon organic chia seeds

  • 200g organic coconut cream or milk (or you can used almond milk if you prefer)

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup frozen organic raspberries 

  • sprig of mint

  • splash (1 teaspoon max!) of maple syrup optional

  • variations: cacao or lemon or vanilla - but substituting the spices you can keep change the flavour easily


  1. Pour the coconut cream / milk into the jar

  2. Add the chia seeds & cinnamon

  3. Pop on the lid & shake

  4. Place in refrigerator overnight

  5. Remove the lid & add frozen (or fresh organic) berries and a sprig of mint. For additional sweetness, a small splash of maple syrup can be added
