Chicken Broth

A quick an easy broth to help heal and seal the gut. Why? Because a gut that is inflamed or isn't functioning well can't digest and absorb the nutrients you eat and therefore you can't fuel your body effectively. Bone broth, which is used as the base for this yummy soup contains essential amino acids for healing and sealing the gut. Making your own bone broth from scratch is easy however, there are some great ready-made bone broths you can buy. Two of my favourites in Sydney are Love and Bones Broth and Crackle and Bones in Manly.
